Recycling Bottle

Recycling bottles helps to conserve space that can be used for other waste. According to Earth 911, 7.4 cubic yards of landfill space is saved for every ton of bottle that is recycled. Recycling can also help reduce the number of bottles that end up as litter in roadways and water sources.

The process shows the stages in the recycling of glass bottles. The process includes three main stages, beginning with used bottles and ending with new bottles being sold in stores

Phase 1

Wasted bottle glass are brought into a collection point and then the bottle are taken by truck into a factory and than the Phase 2 begin

Phase 2

In the factory, the bottle are washed  with high pressure water for cleansing the bottle from the dust and dirt and then the bottle are divided by their colour, the bottle that clear, green and brown should got separated before entering glass factory, glass bottle are turned into glass pieces and then the glass pieces got burned in furnance at temperature 600-800 degree celcius, and then the recycled liquid glass and a new liquid glass are mixed to fill the glass mould

Phase 3

In the last stage the bottles are filled with whatever product is required when the bottle are made it can go through the supermarket and the products are ready for sale they are transported to stores where they can be sold
